Account owners in Sparta Toys can return any unused item in its original packaging, as long as the packaging/tag is intact within 30 days of receiving the order, and receive a full refund or exchange for another product. Please note that if you send us a return product when it is not in its original packaging, it will be thrown in the trash and you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Once you create an account in Sparta Toys you are entitled to a one-year warranty on all our products. If the product breaks down within a year after purchase, we will replace it for you. The warranty isn’t applied for disposable producst and sexy wear items.

If you receive an item from us that has been found to have a manufacturing defect or any defects that were not caused as a result of use , you will receive a new one from us at no additional cost after you return the original to us (On your expense).

If you bought a sex toy with us and you’re not entirely happy with it, let us know within 30 days of reception and our experienced staff will replace it with a sex toy that you will be pleased with. To fulfill the commitment you need to:

  • Be an account owner in Sparta Toys
  • Start the process within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Send us an email info@spartatoys.com stating the order number, product, and details of the reason for the return. We will only replace a used item if the reason is meaningful and honest – at our sole discretion.

If we decide that you are eligible for the exchange, we will send you a product in its place free of charge at the price of up to the price you paid. We will also contact you before this to figure out which product will suit you best.

If you choose a product that costs less as a replacement, we can’t refund your difference. We also can’t send you a higher-cost product for a fee for the difference.

We can only replace the sex toy with another sex toy, not other items like lingerie.

The type of product or number of products you receive under the satisfaction guarantee is at Sparta Toys’s sole discretion.

Clarification: Open products that come back to us are not sold or given to our customers in any way – they are used by us for marketing purposes or go to trash.

Return products bought on sale/discount/gift

We have lots of promotions and benefits that will make your buying more affordable. Deals also change and resume from time to time so it’s best to catch up at least once a week. The conditions for returning a product bought on sale/discount/gift are:

  • If you want to return a defective product, just fill out the form above and we’ll be happy to replace it for you.
  • If you want a refund, you’ll need to return all the items the sale applies to, or pay for the ones you want to keep.
  • If you want to keep an item you received as a gift, we can subtract its cost from the refund.
