Sparta Toys reserves the right to refuse or stop working with affiliates for any reason. for example:
- A site that is not yet ready
- A site that contains illegal content or that encourages illegal or immoral activity
- A site that uses Blackhat SEO tactics
- A competitor’s site or affiliate that works with a competitor
By joining the Sparta Toys affiliate program the affiliates declare that they will promote Sparta Toys in a reliable and honest manner and by using up-to-date information and materials provided to them by Sparta Toys or located on the site, to give site visitors a positive experience.
Commissions
Sparta Toys will pay 20% on each sale, with taxes and shipping fees deducted from the amount. If the buyer cancels the purchase and receives a refund for any reason, the commission will also be refunded and recorded as a debt that will be written off when subsequent sales cover it.
The promotions that are published on the site from time to time can be promoted by the partners without restriction, but they can only promote coupons if they are coupons created especially for them. An affiliate will not promote a coupon created for another affiliate. Any advertising on any discount or promotion should clearly state how long the promotion is valid.
Affiliate approval
To be eligible for a commission, affiliates must apply for admission to the program as detailed on the designated page.
A reply will usually be given within one or two business days, with our representative contacting you by email or phone.
Reviews
If you received a product from Sparta Toys to write a review on in your blog, you should put at least one direct link (without parameters in the URL) that leads to either the product page or the category page on spartatoys.com. Other links on the page should have affiliate program parameters and be marked as nofollow
Support
Each partner will be assigned a representative to whom the partner can contact with questions or requests. The representative will also send the partner updates on new and exclusive promotions, coupons and advise him if necessary.
Restrictions
Violation of the following procedures by the partners will result in cancellation or refund of commissions and may result in immediate termination of participation in the Program.
Publishers will not be able to use Sparta Toys (in any word variation even with spelling errors) in their domain name and will not be able to use the Sparta Toys logo on their site.
Affiliates will not be able to put the Sparta Toys website or any part of it in the iframe or use any other technique that is considered blackhat
Any direct link to a Sparta Toys website that is an affiliate link (contains parameters in the URL) must be nofollow or sponsored.
The content and advertisements that publishers post on their digital assets must be consistent with the content on Sparta Toys and not misleading in any way.
Changes in conditions
We reserve the right to change, add, subtract conditions from the Terms and Conditions. We will notify you by email of any change a week in advance so you can adjust yourself, or exit the program.
Termination
You can exit the program at any time, contact us by email to arrange the final payment.
We may remove you from the program without notice after 45 days without any activity.
Additional conditions
Sparta Toys will not be responsible in any way for the content you post on your digital assets, and for your responsibility to ensure the integrity and legality of the information and content.
You will not be able to use artificial means to bring traffic to Sparta Toys such as bots, redirects and the like.
You will not be able bid on phrases that include the brand name of Sparta Toys in any way in PPC. To promote us in PPC and get on it commission you will need special approval from our representative.
The promotion of the links by SMS and e-mail will only be done if you have the consent of the recipients to send marketing content in accordance with the Spam Law. Any spam claim or lawsuit we receive as a result of your marketing activities will be directed to you and you agree to pay us compensation accordingly for any claim or other that will be as a result of your activities as our partners.
We reserve the right to decide on any site / promotion method as inappropriate to the Terms and Conditions and to terminate membership in our affiliate program. If you have intentionally and inadvertently attempted to hide / mislead us about the nature of your activity, you will not be eligible to receive the sales commissions you have brought and you will not be able to join the program again.
Privacy Policy
Your details will not be passed on to any third party without permission. On the other hand, they may be fed into the systems we work with, and to the tax authorities and similar bodies if requested.
